Terms of the sales contract:

The store www.lolitta.com.pl/gb allows the customer to shop without registering or after creating an account.

When customer will creating an account on the Store's website, then will be possible check the status and details of the order at any time.

The condition for placing orders in the Store is consent to the content visible in these Regulations and to provide all information necessary to complete the order.

 

 

Payment methods:

Payment for placed orders is possible to use:

-payment by Google Pay

-payment by Klarna

- payment with ctrdit card (VISA, MasterCard) for servicing the Przelewy24 payment system.

All forms of payment are a formula when placing orders and should be used with them.

The seller undertakes to realize only orders that are paid within 5 days of confirmation by the store www.lolitta.com.pl start of implementation. If the customer doesn’t pay for the order, it will be canceled.

Orders can be placed throughout the week, 24 hours a day.

However, orders are only covered during business hours (i.e. from 8 to 16) Monday -Friday.

The price of each product of our brand is visible next to the product in the online store www.lolitta.com.pl. Visible prices are gross prices (including 23% tax).

The prices quoted are not subject to copyright offers. The store reserves the right to change the price of the complete offer, offer new products to the offer of the online store, carry out and cancel activities on the website.

Shipment:

 Shipments are organized all over the the world.

The average order processing time is about 2-3 business days from the moment the funds are credited to our account. For some products where a longer lead time is required, there is information under the product price about shipping within 5 business days.

By the term "delivery time" we mean the time of order preparation after payment by the customer - until shipment.

Shipment of ordered goods is carried out via courier DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. (domestic shipments) , Fedex Sp. z o.o. (international shipments) or by Express Polish Post , after paying for the order

The customer is notified electronically about any changes in the status of the order.

Returns

If for some reason you decide that you want to return the purchased item you have 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Carefully pack all parts of returned product, add filled in return form, attach proof of purchase( invoice or bill) and send the package to:

Please, remember that we do not collect unpaid packages and we do not pick up packages from Click&Collect (in Poland called Paczkomaty).

Remember that returned product has to be:
- clean, unused, devoid of any smells (any kind of cosmetics or perfumes)
- with tags and all originally attached labels

Remember that destroyed, stained, used or incomplete products cannot be returned. We will send them back to you in any case at your expense.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of mechanical damage caused during transport, the Customer should immediately notify the carrier (DPD Sp.z o.o. or DHL Parcel Polska Sp.z o.o.) of the fact and the Seller (store www.lolitta.com.pl).

 

Complaints

In case of any complaint, please contact us by e-mail: sklep@lolitta.com.pl

 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, exchange the defective product for another - without defects, reduce the price of the product or remove the defect.

Remember that in case of sending us faulty product it has to be clean, devoid of any smells, stains etc. In other case, complaint may not be investigated.

Complaints submitted by the customer are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the store www.lolitta.com.pl

Complaints are sent at the customer's expense.

VI. You have the right to: request the administrator to access personal data; rectification, deletion or limitation of personal data processing; object to processing, data transfer or withdrawal of consent at any time.

VII. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

VIII. Providing personal data is a statutory condition for concluding the contract and is voluntary, however, failure to provide data to the extent required by the administrator may result in non-performance of the contract.

In other cases, it is based on the voluntary consent of the person providing their personal data or legal provisions (in particular, the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 - GDPR), however, failure to provide data to the extent required by the administrator may result in the inability to perform the contract.
