If for some reason you decide that you want to return the purchased item you have from the date of receiving the order.

Please, remember that we do not collect unpaid packages and we do not pick up packages from Click&Collect (in Poland called Paczkomaty).
Remember that returned product has to be:
- clean, unused, devoid of any smells (any kind of cosmetics or perfumes)
- with tags and all originally attached labels
Remember that destroyed, stained, used or incomplete products cannot be returned. We will send them back to you in any case at your expense.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of mechanical damage caused during transport, the Customer should immediately notify the carrier (DPD Sp.z o.o. or DHL Parcel Polska Sp.z o.o.) of the fact and the Seller (store www.lolitta.com.pl).

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, exchange the defective product for another - without defects, reduce the price of the product or remove the defect.
Remember that in case of sending us faulty product it has to be clean, devoid of any smells, stains etc. In other case, complaint may not be investigated.
